IRADE was requested by the United Nation's environment Programme (UNEP), Geneva to prepare an outlinig framework for NISD.Professor Jyoti Parikh presented the basic framework of NISD to UNEP delegates at Jeju islands in South Korea during March 26-27, 2004.
