Ph.D in Wetland Ecology. The title of the thesis is “A
study on the rate of carbon fixation and methane emission from
two wetland plants under natural and experimental conditions”
(2004).

M.Sc in Environmental science from Jawaharlal Nehru University,
New Delhi, India (1997).
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Presently working with Integrated Research for Action and Development
(IRADe), New Delhi as a Research Associate on valuation of mangrove
ecosystem services, in a project entitled ” Using Economic
Valuation for Wetlands for Policy and Action.
- Two Case Studies in Western Gujarat and also in a Central statistical
Organisation (CSO) funded project entitled “Natural Resource
Accounting (NRA) Goa phase – II under SEEA framework”.
- Worked as a Junior Consultant with National Institute for Public
finance and policy (NIPFP) New-Delhi from 15th April, 2004 till
30th September 2004, on a JBIC funded project entitled “Integrated
natural resource management and poverty reduction project in two
villages in Haryana".
- Worked as a consultant with Asian Consulting Engineers, New
Delhi from Dec 2003 to Feb 2004.
